Mr. Van Heuvel’s educational background includes an MBA from Willamette University, and is currently a part time adjunct faculty member at Portland Community College teaching various business related topics including Business Management, Innovation and New Products, Project Management, and other courses. Dwaine is a founding partner in Storage Brokers Northwest, dedicated to helping Storage Owners and Investors achieve their acquisition or disposition goals. Storage Brokers Northwest focuses on Washington and Oregon to connect with facility owners with a focus on building long term relationships and approaches each project asking “What if we owned this business?” He is a member of the Oregon Self Storage Advisory Board and is involved in both the Washington and Oregon Associations. Prior to founding Storage Brokers Northwest, Dwaine enjoyed a career in banking as an Executive Vice President of a division of J P Morgan Chase and served as a Director on corporate and non-profit boards. As a Real Estate professional, he is a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and licensed Managing Broker in Washington. Dwaine’s vast banking experience makes him uniquely qualified to assist both owners and investors.
